  • I have been spending my money at Circle K for over 35 years , over 10 years at this specific location. The customer service and condition of the store vary from OK to Terrible. I spend SO much money in Circle K but every time i go in there is a new employee that treats me like theyre doing me a Favor by ringing me up. This is my first documented feedback , though not my first bad experience.....at this point there have been countless. anywho, Stopped in to get a beverage the other day and while waiting in line one of the employees a loud mouthed , big boned gal with long curley hair was behind the counter on her phone yelling , screaming ,cursing at what seemed like her kids? In a calm voice i suggested that those types of phone conversations should be taken outside or into he back room , away from customers earshot the cashier who was a hispanic woman or man I really could not tell got up in my face , rolls his eyes and keeps repeating over and over that "she is not on the clock" I then asked their names , which they would not give me and proceeded to berate me and tell me that i was overreacting and "go ahead and complain" continuing to argue with me pretty much until I was out the door. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. and a side note they have the dirtiest window washing water by the gas pumps in town, it is wretched I mean WRETCHED god forbid some splashes on you ....then you smell like poo. i have 4 words ----Quick Trip is BETTER!
