  • I'm writing this review to recognize Ken. I came here to try on a backpack I was considering purchasing. Ken confronted me and helped me with all my questions. He gave me advice in what to look for in a backpack, added weights to help show me what it would feel like, then showed me other purchases I should get for my backpacking trip. Being a first time backpacker, I was extremely appreciative. The reason I am giving this store 4 stars is because it is way too overpriced!!! I will be purchasing all my stuff online, but I appreciated the customer service I got from Ken. I feel bad because I am assuming he is on commission, I just could not justify paying an extra $100 for a backpack. Therefore, I thought to give Ken the recognition he deserved. So thank you!
