  • I had my grey roots colored here and was unhappy with the way the colour was matched to my hair colour. It wasn't pulled through the rest of my hair so I was left with a weird band of colour in a slightly different hue. The girl that blow dried/ styled my hair after also seemed quite dispassionate about her job and as if she was afraid to touch hair in general. They were very friendly and nice, but overall, they did not seem very knowledgeable and the service was fairly mediocre on a technical level. 06/08/10 - As a follow up to my review, I just received a message from the owner of Parlour offering to fix my color on the house. I'm very impressed with the level of responsiveness and customer service. Wow!
