  • Just got back from a weekend in Vegas with my husband and two kids. We had a King Suite which had a queen sofa bed, kitchenette and balcony. I'll start from the beginning. Upon arrival you're greeted at the gate, still in your car, where they take ID, look up your reservation then issue a parking pass. Folks can't just waltz up in there which was great. Proceeded to our tower (Tower 1) and was greeted by bell staff. The hotel is valet only so they helped us unload and took our bags. On to check in. Check in was smooth. I was greeted immediately and addressed by my name which was nice. Upon arrival I was informed that because I was using my debit card, an additional hold of $100 PER DAY would be charged. After my initial shock (I was prepared for $100 but not $100/day; that's a bit much in my opinion), she offered to just take $100. Perfect. She asked if we needed kitchenware (not standard in the room but available upon request) so I said yes and also requested a crib for our daughter. Got our keys and went up to the room. Bell staff wasn't too far behind with our bags. The only hang up here was two hours later we were still waiting for the kitchenware and crib. A phone call down to the 'At Your Service' desk was all it took to remedy that. So the room... The room was nice. We were on the 24th floor with a strip view which my son loved. The hotel is non-smoking and non-gaming so it was perfect since we brought our kids this time. Spacious bathroom although the toilet and shower were in the same space so if that's something that weirds you out, maybe opt for the one bedroom instead. Kitchenette included a mini fridge, electric stove top, sink and microwave. The phones in the room have every type of charging cable attached to them so don't fret if you forget your charger! FREE Wi-Fi also which was great. Didn't require you to sign your soul away to access either. The staff overall was really nice. They made it a point to address me as "Mrs. Green" the entire time which I appreciated. I did order from room service and they were prompt also. Checkout was really fast (less than 5 minutes). The only suggestion I have is for them to get better linens. The sheets provided for the sofa bed had tears in them but I just tucked them under the mattress. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here this weekend!
