  • Highly recommend this company! They return phone calls promptly OR even better yet, they usually answer the phone right away, they arrived on time as scheduled (as reviewer below noted not a 3 hour window!) and are very professional. We called them for a suspected plumbing issue (they had to cut into our drywall thinking we had a leak) but turns out issue was coming from unit upstairs. When I called in to give a credit card to pay for the service call, Matt waived our fee as he said "we really didn't do any work"! How unusual is that today!
