  • I would like you to give recognition to Kui, you have a real winner on your team, she is absolutely an amazing employee and represents your company well!!! Being in management myself, we don't usually get a lot of positive feedback or recognition however, when I come across an employee with exceptional customer service, I have to ensure, she is recognized!!! I originally came in on 9/2 and purchased a homecoming dress for my daughter, it need to be altered, we took it to be altered but found out it wasn't gonna work out the way we hoped, so back to the store we go. We came back on 9/12 and Kui did the refund. Kui then started asking her what she liked and started showing different dresses, my daughter tried on about 20 more dresses, Kui was back and forth with us and other customers, answering phones, processing exchanges, working the register, checking other stores for dresses and calling stores to find the perfect dress to make sure my daughter got the dress she wanted. Now, that is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you KUI, you are truly a sweetheart and made our night!!
