  • On my first visit to Cleanfreak my side mirror got smashed. I worked with the manager, and because the mirror appeared to have been replaced incorrectly they wouldn't pay for the repair itself. They did give me a giftcard to their car wash for the full value of the repair, which I was hesitant to use (obviously). Now, in their defense there was only some apoxy of some sort holding the glass onto the mirror assembly...it truly didn't look very secure. That said, something in their car wash SMASHED my mirror. Fast forward a year or so...I finally decided to make sure my mirrors were tucked away this time and I gave them another try. OHMYGOSH did their carwash destroy the paint job. There are scratches everywhere that were not there prior to my visit. Aside from that, it doesn't even do a very good job of actually cleaning the car. I will not be going back and will let that balance remain unused. I'm not at all impressed with this business.
