  • Called for weeks to make an appointment--finally got one for the 2nd of January at 4pm. I was told to arrive at 3:30 to fill out paper work. I drove across town only to find that this place is closed. Wow. No phone call or anything to tell me that they'd made a mistake and scheduled me for a day when the office wasn't even open. This is clearly a place where customer care is not a priority.
