  • "Sauted" onions shouldn't be crunchy. Also, any Italian sandwich place worth their salt has the heat in their sauce - not globbing on jalapenos that was not mention to me because I would have definitely said no). To their defense, they did offer to make me another sandwich. I said no because I had more pressing matters like taking an unexpected trip to the pharmacy to get some Benadryl since my lip was starting to swell. Next time I will just take 10$, rip it up and throw it in the wind.
