I bought a refrigerator and the ice maker kit with it on Sunday, 1/14 for delivery on Monday, 1/15. When delivered I asked the Lowe's employees to switch the door so that it opened into instead of away from the kitchen. Common sense? They were not very happy with this request. It has been 38 hours and ice maker still is not working. When I called to ask someone to come back out, I was told that it was not possible as they had other customers to take care of. I tried to explain that I was also a customer who should have been taken care of yesterday. Awful customer service as I was basically told that bc their employees screwed up I had to get back in line.
