  • Took my truck in for service. Took two weeks to make an appointment and even after making an appointment my vehicle was not touched for 24 hours! The communication was lacking and if I had not called to get an update I would have been setting at home waiting for someone to call me! After years of being a customer I am seriously considering not returning!
