  • Wish that I could give this store negative 10 stars. Came here to get my oil changed and replace a tire after a 10 hour work day everything seemed to start off ok Glen asked for my phone number and zip code to get started told me it wouldn't take long. I walk around near the store for about an hour and a half came back and nothing had been done to my car nor had I received a call stating they didn't have the oil I needed. Apparently Glen took a phone number not even close to mine didn't enter my zip or even what tire I needed changed. I asked for the manager, Stanley comes over with the most "don't give a damn" attitude and I was even more mad. Yes I did say to him this situation was fu&@ing insane but who wouldn't be pissed at this an entire hour and a half wasted after being up since 2am for work??? seriously!! He was no help whatsoever when I asked for the Corp number he yells it out as he's walkingto help someone else! Worst experience ever I wouldn't come back here to buy a car freshener!!! The only person that was helpful and understanding was Shawn he should be the manger !!
