  • Avoid this place! I took my car there to get an oil change and they clipped my PCV Valve, charged me to fix it ($400) and while "fixing" it, they broke my engine cover and caused $3000 worth of damage to my engine. My car was a 2006 so clearly it was not worth A $3000 repair job. I had to sell my perfectly good car because of these idiots. I'd rather learn how to change my oil myself than EVER use this place again. I contacted the head office of Active Green & Ross and was told that each location is a franchise and they basically did nothing. Horrible!
