  • Bill, one of the employees at this site, was waiting to help us the minute we got there for our appointment to get the storage unit that we had reserved online. He helped us to make sure that the size we got was appropriate for our needs. He was cheerful and friendly and made us feel comfortable with our purchasing decisions. He showed us a couple options of units as well just to make sure we saw what we were getting before signing the paperwork. The process went very smoothly and we were happy with the security measures taken at this site to make us feel comfortable locking up our belongings there. The facility is clean, easy to access, and there are carts, boxes, and any amenities you might need for storing and moving items into the units. Excellent experience overall!
