Nice ambience. Mostly Chinese and a few Japanese people that worked there. They are really friendly and service was great. They hand you a hot tea when you first go in. However maybe because all the reviews boasted their head massage, I was expecting a lot and, although better than most places, I would have liked a stronger massage. It just felt like he was sensually rubbing my head at times instead of a nice strong massage. My stylist was skylar. He was nice and really good at listening to what I wanted. Although the end result wasn't exactly what I envisioned. And had regrets cutting my hair. Overall, was a decent experience. A little on the pricier end than I'm used to though. I paid $50 without tip.
