  • After reading some negative reviews, I was skeptical about the deal on Groupon. However when I scheduled an appointment, the gentlemen was professional and was very flexible. He set me up on a Saturday and told me between 8-10 am. He called me at 8 and was there by 8:30. He did a great assessment about what needed to be addressed and once again, very flexible and accommodating. The price was very reasonable as there is ALOT of carpet. I gave five stars because it was a great bargain and professional service. Jason was the name of the technician I had the pleasure of doing business with.
