  • I have been a member here for several years. I used a few different therapists but about a year ago I met Shawnice and have been booking with her ever since. I have several injuries and she respects that from one appointment to the next I feel different and have different therapeutic needs. If I feel like talking she's great, but if I need to fully relax she respects that, too. If you're going to come here, you'll really like her. Over the years I have had some issues with different people at the front desk or on the phone, but the management has always listened to any complaints, corrected errors and given refunds when I've requested them. With the membership, your credit card is charged automatically for one massage each month at the membership price. But because of health issues, there have been two times when I needed to put my membership on hold because I wasn't going to be able to use it. They did this for me no problem. So, my credit card wasn't charged until I called and said I was ready to start coming back again. (One time that was 6 months and another time 8 months.) Also, if you don't use the monthly massages that you're charged for, they just collect and you can use them anytime. I love this feature of the membership because my schedule can be unpredictable and sometimes I can't get there every month.
