  • Wow! This is customer service at its finest. In the middle of the night ,we had a surprise attack in our laundry room by an army of ants. We let them win the battle, but for me it was war. I immediately did the Google thing and searched for "same day pest control". Thank goodness Red Rock Pest Control was one of the top hits! I called first thing in the morning and spoke to John. He was ready to come over and fight the ants and any other secondary troops that they may have enlisted - such as scorpions. John was able to come by a few hours after I called and he was beyond professional, courteous and dropping knowledge like bombs! His visit was quick but thorough and he explained what would happen and let me know that if the ants came back, you know - if they happen to send in extra reinforcements - for me to give him a call. He'd come back on a reconnaissance mission and do another search and destroy. This was an awesome experience and although I hope to not have to use pest control often, if I do - this is the only team I'll call.
