  • Called to ask for a product and one store said they had it. When I called this store since it's closer to me I was greeted with such monotone and terrible service that I asked to speak to a manager. I said is there a manager ? .... Long pause "no" another long pause "not until tomorrow" his name was Ricardo. Jeeeeeez who trains you.
