We don't have these in California anymore... I doubt they could compete with the dozens of major grocery store chains in the ever growing Golden State. I've never really liked Smiths for some reason. When it was in cali, and still don't here in Nevada. The bill pay option can come in handy once in a while, but other than that I see nothing interesting that makes me want to shop here on a regular basis. Nothing personal against the franchise itself or it's employees. Nice people, from my past few experiences there, along with this time. Haven't really been inside any location in years, literally until tonight. The layouts inside are weird to me and their registers were outdated. The self checkouts were the newest thing in this store. I live in the Southwest part of town, on s. Durango, and not too sure if there are any on my side of town. I could be wrong but, never see them until I hit Sahara. However, I'm still giving them a 3 star review, because three to me equals "fair" or a "so-so" hand rocking gesture and this is exactly what this place is. -_-
