  • I called on Thursday, early afternoon, to make an appointment for the following day at 8 AM. After I was confirmed, I arrived on the day of my appointment, only for them to tell me that they couldn't take me in. The barber they scheduled me with had the day off. I am upset because I don't live near them, and went to this barbershop because of the time they opened and because I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. The individual had no empathy and didn't care that I had made my appointment. Please do not book appointments if you don't have someone staffed to meet your clients needs. Thank you!
