Echo is a decent neighborhood spot with a few issues. The positive things here are the pastries- which are always great. The coffee is good too, for the most point. Service is always friendly.
The negatives include slow service (possibly understaffed?) and a weird seating area. I wish they could have a consultant come in and help them set up the place more efficiently. It's a large sized space that can seat 7 people for some reason. Also on the far side of the place are some sofas and love seats that look like someone has been murdered whilst sitting in them. They are seriously beat up and stained. I know it's no fun buying new furniture - but damn these are really in rough shape.
So to recap- decent place but there are opportunities to improve.
