  • I WAS ALMOST SCAMED ! I went in today to buy some plushies for my friends birthday. The plushies I bought was molang which is $25 and a panda plushie which is $17 (I am a teenager by the way) The old chinese lady cashier put in the price for the panda as $25 when it was actually $17 she overcharged it. (My conversation with her was all in cantonese) Before I went to pay for the plushies I calculated the total of both products which would be $42 + tax She told me the total will be $50 FIFTY DAM DOLLARS? IM ON A HIGH SCHOOL BUDGET! I'M BROKE ENOUGH AS IS?? Anyways. I told her that the price wasn't correct and she said "No it's right" and I literally had to show her the price tag on the plushie product and she still said "No." She then proceeded to walk to the shelf where I got the plushies and she said "Oh they're not the same thing." She thought my panda product was the same as a Molang product WRONG! She then proceeded to change the price and she didn't even apologize for overcharging me. She changed it to $19 dollars instead of $17 ._. I am being scammed yet again. I told her that it was wrong and it is supposed to be $17 she yet again said that I was the one that was incorrect. I had to yet again show her the price tag. And she changed the price again I had to waste five minutes during this transaction, i'm already sleep deprived, starving because I didn't eat lunch, I also had a headache because earlier I lost some blood due to a nose bleed. If I didn't pay attention enough I would've gotten scammed. I would've had to pay $50 Do yourself a favor and don't come here to buy plushies you might get scammed :) Did she overcharge it on purpose because she thought I was a stupid kid who doesn't know the price of things that has a price tag attach to it? Well she was WRONG What was surprising was that this lady worked here for two years and yet she somehow doesn't even know the price of the products she sells? Thats just odd. Really odd
