  • My experience this morning, at this particular Starbucks, was awful. The baristas were very slow. They also skipped around on their customers' orders. For instance, the lady behind me got her order first because she knew the barista. Then, while the barista was making my drinks, she stopped in the middle of it, started two other drinks from the other two customers behind me. Even the gentlemen were surprised that they got their order first. Very disappointing and very frustrating. Most of the time, if you get the other baristas, the service is great. This particular employees were awful and needs to be re-trained.
