  • So we were more or less just browsing the various stores in the mall, looking for a specific color wallet for my wife. Went into the Prada store, and though it was only a wallet, and we were not committed, we were greeted with friendly service throughout. Desmond was completely friendly despite us being not committed and offered to keep a wallet we were thinking about on hold so we can come back if we wanted. Decided to come back, and though Desmond was already off his shift, store manager Dean was more than accommodating as well. Fantastic service - didn't seem like it would've made a difference if we were there for a huge purchase or just a keychain. The wallet ended up having a small blemish, but Dean went above and beyond to help resolve it. Fully recommended, and would very well travel the distance to buy from here next time we do consider Prada.
