  • Amazing! We are hotel "snobs" (just have high expectations for the price tags) and they knocked my 30th birthday weekend out of the park. Abby was a HUGE help in helping arrange dinner reservations as well as an in room massage (holy treat!). So much personality and made our stay great. The accommodations themselves are awesome and we loved our corner suite. What a view of Playhouse Square! And the soaking tub.... oh, the soaking tub. Thank you for such an incredible experience. We can't wait to visit again (already booked for hubby's birthday) and check out their other properties across the states.
