  • I was in the ER recently at Valley Hospital and am very happy with the care and the staff. They are wonderful, a few of the wonderful people I encountered were...Dr Grabert, Dr Jensen, Miles RN, Cory Student RN, Dale from CT scan, Ryan ER manager, Tara RN, Sarita ER tech, Dara admitting, and the phlebotomist ROBIN, was amazing. They were all wonderful. I had to be on a bed in the area close to the desk because they were completely full a few minutes after I was admitted. I got a warm blanket when I said I was cold, help to the bathroom when I needed to go and all the while all these employees were working so diligently, they were pleasant and smiling a lot of the time. Even when they had mentally ill patients come in( it was obvious, I was right by the ambulance entrance.) They were patient and kind. Some looked to be homeless and/or on drugs, but the staff was kind and completely caring. This is the BEST hospital in Vegas, and I have been to many of the others in the past, since I am a senior citizen. Good Job Valley Hospital again. Love ya.
