My son attends college in AZ and recently had some problems with his car. The car was towed to AAA Peoria and I called and spoke with Tim and was reassured that he would take care of both the car and my son. I told Tim that based on what my son had told me, it sounded like he needed a new fuel pump. Tim agreed but said a complete check was necessary to rule out other potential problems. He arranged a shuttle to get my son back to campus while he ran the diagnostic to determine the problem on the car. After a few hours of trouble-shooting it was determined that it was the PCM board. He gave me a fair quote and I told him to proceed with the work. Tim was courteous and professional, and kept me posted throughout the day, which was great considering I'm in CA. About midday I received a call from Tim telling me that after replacing the PCM that they tested the fuel pump and it needed to be replaced. He then told me that he would do the additional work for no charge, and that he would rather gain a customer than make a few extra bucks since I had told him it was the fuel pump when we first spoke. Tim and AAA Peoria has definitely gained a customer and my trust.
