  • 2013 Jeep Laredo - after waiting a month for a part for my window lock not working on front passenger side- I was told there was a mistake, that is how Jeep is made...cannot lock window . I waited a month for that? Plus they didn't even call me, I had to call them. Twice. Now my vehicle makes loud unnerving sounds all the time and I keep taking it in and am told they " cannot replicate the noise, if it continues bring it back". How many times should I have to bring it in for it not to be fixed? The last time I brought it in I was told at the desk that they didn't have my paperwork and for me to " go find someone outside to help you". Really? That is your customer service. Do yourself a favor and headache and go elsewhere. 5 month old 40k vehicle and already having major issues with it and dealership is no help. Go elsewhere.
