  • Its my first time to eat here... came in with my family and was mentioning to them about their other locations. Big disappointment was the food... ordered loco moco and their hamburger patties was hard as it was just heat up from being frozen! Second i was not aware that my sister ordered a apam and egg slider and was asking if theres pancake or rice that comes with it... waiter said no but can order it as a side order! Well my sister got a side order of rice. When her order came in, sister was surprised to see the slider egg and spam, she said she didnt know its a small sandwuch. Well my sister is visiting from Saudi Arabia and theres lots of food here that she didnt know. The waiter told her after putting her slider order that the side order of rice will follow! I got annoyed that the waiter did not even explain to my sister what a slider is... that you dont eat it with rice! Thats very disappointing! I cancelled the side order. Third, my sister is visiting from outside the country and always trying to connect her phone to wifi everytime she has the chance! She was given a password that doesnt work. I went to the counter and the guy told me its their wifi sometimes it work sometimes not! I told him its not the wifi its the password... He seems not to care on what i said! #neveragain #saynotobabystackshenderson
