I showed up a half an hour early for my appointment. Receptionist told me it would be 2 hours. I was there for a total of 6 hours from arrival to leaving. Receptionist never let me know it was going to take longer until 4 hours out and even had to ask me to remind her what vehicle I brought in. Tried to appease me with a tint cleaning kit. They should give one with every car getting tint. I couldn't check often with the receptionist because she disappears into the shop for extended periods. There were at least three customers who showed up during my wait to find out they also had to wait. I got the impression they want to pump out numbers at the expense of the customers. Bad customer experience. I cannot recommend. The tint on the car is good but I had to call in another instructor to take my class that I was scheduled for because of the delay. The appointment was well in time for me to meet my class until it took over 4 hours. Find another place to get tinting done unless you have all day. Manager didn't come out to discuss with me. I hope the manager will take the time to call and find out why I will not recommend. It would be the least I would do with my customers.
