  • This week I purchased a bike from Landis Cyclery, and after they installed all the accessories purchased on the bike, they observed being me riding it for seat height. Chelsey determined that I needed a larger sized bike, an XXL hybrid Trek. The bike was special ordered, and in two days a call came in to come pick up my bike, which fits me perfectly. This is how I would differentiate "excellent" customer service from "very good". I am most pleased as Chelsey could easily have let me take the marginal bike - in terms of size - home, and I would not have known differently.
