  • The service sucked but the room was quite nice. My bf and I had booked a room there a couple nights before and was orginaly booked in the non smoking chic suite, but when we got there was told that they had to move us to the superior suite that happend to be for smokers. They apolgized and said they had a fan in there to air the place out, but even after we had gone out for the night it still smelled like smoke. Were not smokers, we don't like the smell of smoke, we also did not pay good money to sleep in a bed where we could smell the smoke in it!., oh and we also did not get any compensation for our troubles either, just a simple :" your room was not guarenteed", like what the hell, so if we were really allergic to the smell we would have been out a room then aswell?. I don't think I would want to come back just because of the service, I really liked the room besides the smell, and the bed gave me the best sleep ive had in ages but please let us know ahead of time that what we asked for might not be what we get, because that just sucked.
