Midway Chevy is the most unprofessional company who I have ever done business with. My husband purchased a truck there in 2012, which he drove off their lot on the same day. A week later, they called to say that he needed a co-signer for the loan. I went in with him and co-signed, at which time they assured us everything was good to go and there would be no further issues. A few weeks later (right after my husband made his first payment on the vehicle), he went outside to find the vehicle gone. Suspecting that it was unlikely that the vehicle had been stolen from our neighborhood in Scottsdale, we called the dealership first. At that point in time, they had the audacity to tell us that my husband had committed bank fraud on his loan application and that they had tried to call us and tell us that loan hadn't been fully approved before they made the decision to repossess the truck. The guys in the finance department were nasty, unprofessional, and condescending towards us. We were jerked around from the sales process all the way to getting our $2500 back that we had put down on the vehicle. We were adamant that we would not pay the repossession fee as they most certainly did not try to contact us beforehand to tell us that the loan had fallen through before repossessing the truck. Ultimately, we did not have to pay for this and were given back most of our money. The bottom line is that regardless of the fact that we weren't considered credit worthy (even though we didn't any problems at Right Honda in Scottsdale immediately following this "incident"), there was absolutely NO excuse for the way my husband and I were treated by the punks (for lack of a better word) they allow to customer face in their finance department. I would caution anyone before going here. They are not good people and don't deserve to be in business.
