  • I almost had a great experience with King Insulation. I had read all the great reviews and thought this was the company I needed to go with. I had them come look at my attic because I'm trying to be energy efficient. The guy told me I needed insulation and I also needed a complete duct seal and insulate my skylights. I agree because I want to be as energy efficient as possible, even though my price was doubling. I find out after the fact, there are rebates if you make your house energy efficient, 250$ to 500$ worth of rebates! All you need is have an energy audit done. I would have gladly paid the 99$ for the audit to get the rebates. I'm not made of money, I'm in social work. The company knows about the rebates because I called and asked if I was eligible. I was told I'm no longer eligible because I needed to have the energy audit before the work and now I'm out the money. It is extremely frustrating that you wouldn't share that information with your customers.
