  • First time at Party Nails and the experience sucked. The lady was in a rush to go home so the manicure wasn't good. There were dirt left under my nails that she ignored and she didn't cut my cuticles well either. I had to ask her to cut them. Her polishing could be better, but the worst part was putting the top coat on. She was in such a rush she didn't even paint the top coat fully over my nails. When my nails dried, you could see the lines where the top coat ends. I think her name was Thanh Nguyen. So avoid her please. I also speak Vietnamese and I could understand the lady next to her say my choice in color is ugly. lol. These people are something else.
