  • I guess the shoe department needs to take notes on customer service from the beauty department. I just went in and returned some boots. The girl who did the transaction ignored me for 5 minutes while taking two phone calls. She then was talking to other people for the entire transaction. Her name was Allie or Ally and her customer service deserves a 0/5. So disappointed and will just go to Neiman Marcus for other high end shoes in the future.
