  • Complete scam company. The move-in costs are double the cost of the rent. Every website I find the property on it has a different price. I contacted SGI and they're very shady and not friendly. They even ditched the "Saving Grace Investments" from their name and changed their website to hide who they are. The property I wanted to rent is really nice, nothing wrong with it, I can tell you the only reason it's been on the market for as long as it has is because this company wants to nickle and dime everyone to death.
