  • Firstly, I would like to say, if you walk on eggshells with these people, your going to have a good experience. I had been taking my cat here for almost a year. I had even called in and spoken to Courtney and on more then one occasion spoken to others in the office telling them how much I loved the service in this office. I've had a few small, inconsequential issues with this office that eventually where handled and resolved. However, the biggest issue I have is the total and complete disregard of good customer service skills on behalf of Dr. Elliot. My cat was scheduled to go in for a rear declaw, I came in the day before and filled out all the information and pre-op paper work and I had a lot of questions. The lady was very nice and said she would get back to me in the morning. The first thing in the morning I get a phone call from the same woman telling me that all of a sudden Dr. Elliot does not want to do the declaw on my cat. There was attitude in the conversation that was not appropriate. I requested an immediate call back from Dr. Elliot - which was promptly returned. She then accused me of writing a bad review for the office on the internet. I was completely appalled. This is the first review I have ever written -ANYONE- on the internet. I explained to her that I had the two small issues with the office ( other then the price of anything... its expensive there. ) and they had been resolved and since then I had not had an issue and was happy with the service. I became defensive and upset, demanding to know where she found this information. She said she would call me back and in the meantime we would post pone the surgery. I've never received a call back. Its been almost two weeks, and after spending almost every day calling and going down there TWICE to try and get this issue fixed, I get attitude from EVERY staff member, who tells me that they are giving her my messages. I am disappointed and completely appalled by the behavior of this office. So what is very clear to me is this: If you have a bad experience with this office you better just keep your mouth shut because they don't know anything about customer service and are NOT interested in fixing issues. They don't care. I was accused of something I had not done, and because of this I was treated less then acceptably. My suggestion to anyone looking at this vet office is to just take your pet to 1st Regional Animal Hospital, they're worth EVERY penny.
