  • I love Starbucks. I am so disappointed in this location, and now remembered why I walk out of the way to go to the other Starbucks towards the 1897 bar. I say in line for 15 minutes as I watched four staff members talked and discussed someone going out last night. I was asked to repeat my order twice within 5 seconds of saying the first order. Then I watched the four staff members chat while my order just sat there. Finally they talked as if pressuring someone to help me. One of them deep sighed and reluctantly started to help me (5 minutes later). As I waited and tried to be patient, she deep sighed again saying "ugh almond milk?!!" and then proceeded to make two other people behind me's coffees. Finally she deep sighed again (Seriously I really worry about what happens when she has a real world problem), bent down to splash almond milk in my coffee and all over the counter, slapped a lid on, and handed me my coffee without even looking up. Really... it was a thrilling 20 minutes experience for bean water and nut milk.
