1. LA fitness is a terrible company in terms of customer service. I moved from San Diego to Denver and they don't have clubs there. So I had to switch to 24 hour. I tried cancelling for 2 MONTHS and had to dispute with my bank to get them to stop. They only accept written cancellations. 2. I was visiting phoenix last few days and didn't realize all of the 24 hours had closed. I called this location and asked if they'd Honor the 24 hour membership for the two days I'd be in town or simply a guest pass. Explained I wasn't interested in getting membership with them as I live in Denver now and they're not there. The front desk girl was VERY rude. She said she'd switch me to a sales associate. And instead hung up on me. I called back and she said "oh they're busy" and "don't have time to talk to you right now " and said that if I wanted to work out, it would cost 15$ a day. I was like yeah no and hung up. I will NEVER step foot in a LA Fitness again. Clubs are too rude and they suck at customer service. This club today was exceptionally rude to me.
