  • Pricey place, I wanted square but didn't want it chunky, kinda leaning towards coffin. As you can see below, they came out chunky, I went home and squared them out in like 25 minutes, or else I would've been charged $5 more for saying the word "coffin". She didn't wear her tag like everyone else but I waited 30-40 minutes until she made herself available, and then she was acting as if she was in a rush and impatient. And when I ask her to trim my nails correctly (because they were all cracked and crooked from when SHE removed my previous full set) she told me "that's so unnecessary". Ladies we pay to much to sit there and endure uneasiness. Overall the rest of the staff were nice.
