  • Consistently one of the worst casinos I have ever been to. I have been here about 15 times now. I am a high stakes gambler and I am appalled by just how bad this casino treats people. Drink service...forget about it. On 6 different occasions now that has been incredibly lacking. Both the bartenders and floor wait staff are either super lazy or rude...I cannot determine which...please understand that i judge with a very loving eye, I was a server and bartender in college...I know the frustrations! On no occasions have I ever felt well waited on. I am not sure if they do not schedule enough servers or it the servers simply do not care. In either case management should look into it. 30 to 60 minute waits are typical for drinks. Out side of that the slots are not worth playing. In 15 times there gambling roughly 1000 each time there have been no payouts, barely any bonus games...not even a hint at keeping even...come prepared to lose instantly. Really not worth your money. Tables are just as bad. The comp system is a joke. Please save your money and play at harrahs or mgm. At least there the money loss is worth your time. Management pleAse get this casino together. As a local it's a disgrace!
