I purchased a freezer from a fabulous employee who was great to talk with and she was extremely flexible with me in trying to choose a time to schedule and pick this item up and bring it to my house. She did let me know that a third party was one that does the delivery for them. As the holidays are fastly approaching, I have quite a bit of cooking to do and do want to put several items in my "new" freezer. Well, today came, and this so-called delivery company called to let me know that they were coming around 3:40p.m. The delivery time was 4-6p.m. As I indicated to the person on the other line, I was coming from a significant ways away and would be try to meet them there but was going to be behind 4 o'clock since they seemed to be tied to a specific time. This is about the 2nd time I've ever been in this store and I was extremely sick at this piece of excrement that I spoke with. He was rude and disrespectful from the Bulldog Delivery LLC. This get up doesn't even have a website to peruse and see exactly what they do. When I called and spoke to a supposed supervisor, with whom I have the name, she claimed that she was going to call this delivery company and ask them to wait should they get there before I came. I requested that she return my phone call and didn't hear back from this individual. Shady. I called back to Home Depot to speak with a Manager and the person that answered the phone was a manager. Wow...what are the odds?? When I asked about a refund, he asked what occurred but apparently he was extremely preoccupied. Customer service seems to be a struggle with some places in this city. For future reference, I would make a b-line away from this location and go to the one off of North 5th..close to I225. I thought closer was better; however, some places are worth the drive.
