The staff and the service were on par, no complaints there. I do, however, have an issue with the billing practices. I was told I had paid everything off on my last visit (around 500 dollars out of pocket and some on my carecredit). Then a bill came for 400 more... that is not OK. They sent a second bill stating it was going to collections a few weeks later. Depending on how this is resolved, I will update to 4 star or 1 star.
