I'm not completely on the BFG bandwagon like the others, but I will disclose I have had only the fried chicken strips, veggie skewers, and the nachos special.
The fried chicken strips are like katsu chicken, breaded with panko. While expertly cooked and juicy, I will admit I am still more of a fan of Chick and Benny's "barely there" breading on their chicken strips. The breading on these are a little too thick for me. I do find these on the same level as Raising Cane's. But what BFG does better than the other chicken strip establishments in Vegas are the dipping sauces, which are pretty spectacular. The hype on the wasabi cream sauce is completely true - it really is that good.
They also do a really good veggie skewer - and veggies usually aren't cooked this well.
But the chicken nachos, while tasty, was so rich and greasy from the cheese that I got a really horrible tummy ache the rest of the day. Really wish they would put actual real cheese on these.
They are worth a try if you live in this part of town, and the owners are really nice. Hopefully I will go back and try their baked and grilled chicken and be able to update this review.
