  • This is exactly the reason I do not prefer large Banking institutions ! I feel treated like a number not a customer . Just be careful when and if you join this particular bank , your interests are not there interests in my opinion . A lot of hidden charges , it's difficult when calling to get results , mobile app is average , seems like most big companies talk a good game but when an issue comes up seems they are not prepared to provide answers positive results .
