rev:text	Most pools don't charge locals at all during the week. I paid $10 happily because that isn't a lot of money. However, my girlfriend's and I decided to get chairs instead of a daybed because they told us we could order food and drinks there anyways. What actually happened was for two hours no cocktail server came over to us at all and we had to order from the bar. As far as food goes we could not order that from a cocktail server or the bar- we had to go to the separate grille and wait for the food there. We really wanted a nice relaxing pool day- we are industry and two of us work at dayclubs. I've never been to a single dayclub in Vegas or pool where cocktail servers didn't immediately take our order or would only take drink orders. Who wants to pay $10 to go somewhere where you have to keep getting up and down to get your own food and drinks??? NOT relaxing. To top off everything the manager Ziggy spoke briefly with one of my girlfriends today and was VERY rude to her. He didn't seem concerned at all that no cocktail server had been to our section for the first two hours. One of the girls came by later and sweetly explained how busy they were, and then another girl came over later to inform us she was taking over the first girls section because the first girl was very busy. Both the girls were very nice as were the bartenders and grill staff so that's why I am giving M pool two stars- otherwise M pool would get no stars. My girlfriends and I will never go back to M pool. We got no service and a rude manager! One of the staff discreetly told us their sales are down by 60% this year. Not shocking. M Pool may want to change up some of their policies and how they treat locals and give service if they want to ever win people back. Zero guest recovery made while we were here and rude manager. Btw it was funny because while I waited ten minutes for a diet coke at the bar I saw the manager harping on the two bartenders who were working their bum's off, then as soon as a pretty busty blonde bartender ran over to start work he immediately changed his attitude and started fawning all over her! I felt bad for the other two bartenders who he obviously did not like because they weren't as hot...
