My child has been a patient here for the past two years. The past few appointments have had some scheduling issues - I blame the issues on the fact that the dental hygienists were making the appointments because they seemed to have trouble keeping a receptionist. Today - we had a four pm appointment that I had called to confirm on Monday. We show up at 350pm and open the door - setting off the burglar alarm. Nobody was in the office - lights off and computers off. What kind of office operates like this? No phone call, no note on the door? I guess I shouldn't expect that since they didn't even bother to lock the door. I feel like there is probably sensitive information and meds that were accessible to anyone (with an unlocked door). Another patient showed up while I was waiting (for the police to show up)...same thing - no notice of the office being closed. We won't be back. Edited - after a simple google search...I see that Brandi Jackson's license has been suspended.
