I worked out with Brenda eight years ago and I made the decision to return again in 2015. I look forward to my group training with Brenda and the others I workout with! Brenda pushes us individually and as a group. While we do workout as a group she is also mindful of modifying exercises for those who may have physical limitations (knee or back issues, etc.). We also manage to have some fun while working out; however, Brenda keeps us on track and expects us to maintain our focus.
